 
Dear splendidly human soul of wonder Sara,
As we know, the pathway to being a published author is not all rainbows and butterflies. In fact, such a challenging goal can often trigger self-doubt, confusion, feelings of isolation, and much more.
But Sara, I absolutely hate to think of your creative expression being stifled or slowed by any of those concerns. Especially when there's a very good chance that your work will not only free something within you, but also within the hearts of its recipients.
I believe and practice with the idea that happiness can be cultivated in the marvelous messy middle places where most of the living of life takes place.
My mom always said, "it's not always marvelous!" When I would talk with her about the Marvelous Messy Middle.
And of course it isn't, and doesn't always feel, marvelous.
I put marvelous in there to befriend messy.
My life is so messy and so marvelous, and I'm sure yours is too. To live as fully as possible, I write, create and express my creativity.
I've been writing for most of my life and publishing since 1990.
Millions of my books have flown around the world to touch other hearts, and all those hearts have inspired me and continue to inspire me!
Just because it's often messy, does NOT mean that you won't also experience the marvelousness your hope and dreams come true.
Sara, I want to make sure you don't get lost in the mess so that you can experience the fullest extent of the marvelous.
Whether you're beginning, continuing or completing a book or other kind of writing or creation, I want to encourage and INSPIRE you to create and LIVE your own writing dreams.
