Dear soulfull friend of SARK Sara, Here we are in this new year, where our mantra at Planet SARK and for you is: "Even More Love in 2025." We'll be sharing more opportunities for you to feel even more loved and supported. We are all whirling and twirling forward no matter what.  Thank you for being a scrumptious subscriber to our list of love which keeps growing!  I love our community here and I'm inspired to write to you more frequently in 2025 and beyond. We are sending you a whole sky of new possibilities. This photo is from my miracle walk the other day. You might know that I take miracle walks most days and I invite you to do the same. As the world adapts to all the changes and intense challenges we are currently facing, we are all being called forward to creatively contribute what we can.  If you're wondering what you can do to help or to contribute, in addition to what you might already be doing, I am inviting you to connect with what I call your Inner Wise self, and activate the profound power of this part of you, so that you can share more love.  Your intuitive power is given to you before you were born, and continues throughout your life and beyond.  Most people are aware of this part, but most people are not calling upon it every day for support and inspiration. Writing daily inner wise self love notes is a powerfull way to help and contribute because it literally creates more love.  I write daily inner Wise self love notes and below is a recent one for you to read and be inspired by. It takes just 2 to 3 minutes to write one and the positive effects are immediate.  Put pen to paper (or screen, or use audio) and let yourself be, and feel loved by, what your intuition gives to you. The one that wants to know. The one that is terrified of being blindsided by not knowing.  The hyper extra vigilant one that thinks that looking or reading will keep her safe. The one that can't bear all the difficulties.  The one that wishes she could do everything in one day, and help everyone.  The one that is so horrified by the present circumstances in the world that she would almost rather die, and the one that is just so completely overwhelmed by it all.  The one that will happily wait while I rest, replenish, reset, and move out of regression and resistance into the present and the power of the presence.   I see you growing, i know your strength, I love you infinitely.
