Dear dreamer of the dreams Sara, Breathing is a gift. It's easy to take it for granted, but when we truly pause and breathe with full awareness, we are gifted with the life force that sustains us. I'm reminded of this every day. Breathing is like dreaming—it's constant, it's natural, and it's our invitation to create. Take a deep breath with me right now.
